In her capacity as Chief Actuary, she is responsible for all actuarial matters concerning entities regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC). Mrs. Beckford is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with almost thirty (30) years of experience in the actuarial field both in the private and public sectors.
